This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Application for voting membership shall be open to any Entrepreneur or professional of each segment of any industry. Membership is limited to one person per professional specialty.
Membership dues are $295 each year. There is no weekly fee for the meetings. We do ask for “sweat equity” throughout the year and encourage active participation of members in our events.
